PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sign language device which can make sign languages internationally common, consequently eliminates the need for the translation between persons who are hearing-impaired, such as persons of deaf mute and enables even general persons which are free of such handicaps but are weak in foreign languages to convey the will with people of various countries of the world by using the device without using the foreign languages. SOLUTION: This device expresses the person's action itself as a picture relating to movement (verb) and expresses others by gestures for the expression of the languages of respective contrives.
