PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strengthen error resistance of a code and to reduce encoding delay. SOLUTION: A shape slice encoder 42 encodes a shape that is inputted from a shape input terminal 1 in each slice. A texture slice encoder 8 encodes texture that is inputted from a texture input terminal 4 in each slice. A switching device 12 is controlled in each slice, and one synchronous code that is outputted by a synchronous code generator 9 is added to the shape of one slice and to the texture of one slice. |
