PURPOSE: A wire guiding apparatus of a wire drum for a cargo handling machine is provided to prevent accidents by guiding the wire mechanically, and to reduce installation expenses and working hours with simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A cargo handling bucket is connected to a main wire and a messenger wire, and wires are wounded in a wire drum. A supporting frame having a main wire guide part(70) and a messenger wire guide part(80) is installed in the bottom of a machine room, and protruded by a power cylinder(60). Supporting frames are symmetrically mounted in both lower parts of the machine room near the wire drum. The main wire guide part is composed of a wire guide roller having a messenger wire guide groove, and the messenger wire guide part is composed of a frame(83). The frame is turned around a shaft(85), and constrained by a stopper(87) with elastic force of a spring(84). Plural rollers(82) are installed around the frame. Accidents are prevented, and working efficiency is improved with winding the wire on the drum mechanically. |
