PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rainwater storing and permeating apparatus in the case of restrictions in design and construction. SOLUTION: In this water storing and permeating apparatus, molded bodies are connected longitudinally and laterally to form small spaces, and all of the bottom, the side and the top or some of them of the space obtained by connecting the small spaces longitudinally and laterally are covered with an impermeable sheet to form a structure. In burying the structure under the ground to construct a water storing and permeating apparatus, the molded body dividing the small spaces and the molded body dividing the large space formed by combination of integer number of molded bodies are combined to form the above structure.
