PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate the vapor suction amount of a vapor recovery at the time of fuel feeding. SOLUTION: A meter 1 is one having a vapor recovery function which recovers a vapor generated in a fuel tank during a fuel feeding. On the side surface of the box body 2 of the meter 1, a fuel feeding hose 4 connected with a fuel-feeding nozzle 3 is pulled out. The fuel feeding hose 4 has a double structure wherein a vapor suction tube 12 is inserted in the internal channel. When the discharging pipe 26 and the vapor suction port 46a of the fuel feeding nozzle 3 are inserted in a fuel feeding port 6b, the vapor in the fuel tank 6a is sucked to the vapor suction port 46a by a vapor suction pump 14. The rotation frequency of the vapor suction pump 14 is controlled in such a manner that the vapor suction amount by the vapor suction pump 14 may increase/decrease by a changing rate which changes in response to the fuel feeding amount by the fuel feeding pump 10. Thus, the leakage of the vapor is prevented from occurring by coping with the increase of the vapor when an oil liquid is fed at a high flow rate.
