PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fence for civil engineering construction work which has an extremely high commertial value and is innovative. SOLUTION: The fence is attached to an earth retaining body 1 which is disposed in an excavated recess 6 formed by excavating the ground surface. A blocking body 2 to intercept passing is installed by arranging the fence at the upper part of the earth retaining body 1 and a fitting body 3 to which the blocking body 2 is fixed at the upper part of the earth retaining body 1 is installed at the lower side of the blocking body 2.
