PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the joining strength of upper and lower skids and the strength of a synthetic resin pallet and improve the durability of the synthetic resin pallet by preventing a reduction in the area of a joining section between the girder part of the lower slid and that of the upper skid even if the upper skid is displaced in a horizontal direction relative to the lower skid. SOLUTION: The synthetic resin pallet is formed by welding the girder parts 1a', 1a", 1b" and 1c" of the upper and lower skids S1 and S2, which are semi- fabricated products, respectively, formed integrally of a synthetic resin. The girder side wall or in-girder rib of the girder part of either of the upper and lower skids S1 and S2 is thicker than that of the girder part of the other of the upper and lower skids S1 and S2.
