Furthermore, the rotating scrolls 24A and 24B are provided firmly at both ends of the rotating shaft 21, and the rotating shaft 21 is run by an electric motor 10. And the thermal expansion rateα1 of the casing 2 is set as approximately twice to the thermal expansion rateα2 of the rotating shaft 21. When the temperature of the casing 2 rises to T1 during operation and the temperature T2 of the rotating shaft 21 goes up to approximately twice to the temperature T1,ΔL1 of the thermal expansion amount of the casing 2 andΔL2 of the thermal expansion amount of the rotating shaft 21 are made to become an almost equivalent.
