PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speed up moving a cursor and changing a sight line direction by simultaneously changing a cursor position and the sight line direction in a bird's eye view map of an on-vehicle navigation device. SOLUTION: The device comprises a bird's eye view map drawing means 103 for displaying a bird's eye view map that is three-dimensionally processed by a signal processing means 100 so that map data is viewed from the sky, a cursor drawing means 106 for extracting the information of a cursor means 104, that takes a sight at a desired point in a map from cursor position information and sight line direction information to draw on a bird's eye view map space that is displayed on a displaying means, a cursor moving means 107 for three-dimensionally moving the cursor means 104 in the map space, a cursor sight line direction changing means 108 for changing the direction that the cursor means 104 indicates, and a cursor operating means 109 for manually operating the moving means 107 and the changing means 108. |
