PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage to the inner face of a bottle, surely transfer the bottle and stabilize the attitude of the held bottle. SOLUTION: The decorated bottle transfer device comprises a first transfer device 60 for transferring the decorated bottle 1 having an open neck 12 formed at one end of a body 10 via a shoulder 11 and an outer face decorated, in attitude with its center line N1 being almost horizontal in the state of being vacuum sucked, and a second transfer device 8 for holding the decorated bottle 1 received from the first transfer device 60. The first transfer device 60 has a suction tool 60 for vacuum sucking the decorated bottle 1 and the second transfer device 8 has a sucking surface 8B for sucking the decorated bottle 1 by contacting an end 9 on the opposite side to the open neck after the decorated bottle 1 is held by the sucking tool 60. The sucking tool 60 and the sucking surface 8B are moved being mutually opposed at a space where the decorated bottle 1 is held.
