PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain vibration caused by the unbalance of a driving system and to reduce noise in a rolling stock caused by the vibration for a bogie for the railway rolling stock. SOLUTION: Particle materials 50a and 50b having a higher specific gravity than lead are inserted into an inside of a tractive link 40 for connecting a connecting member 25 of a rolling stock body 20 and a bogie frame 11, and fixed in a central part along a longitudinal direction of the link 40. A partition plate 50 us fixed in the link 40 so that the particle materials are movable. The vibration generated in the driving system, namely, an electric motor 41 for traveling, a reduction gear and a shaft coupling, is transmitted to the link 40. A collision between the particle materials in the link 40 and a collision between the particle materials with an inner wall of the link 40 are generated repeatedly by the vibration energy. The partition plate 41 for restraining movements of the particle materials along the longitudinal direction restrains clogging of the particle materials and therefore the vibration of the silent link 40 is always effectively reduced. Thus, the noise in the rolling stock caused thereby can be reduced.
