PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the number of part items by simple structure to arrange compactly a lead cable for a flasher, and to firmly fix a saddle bag attaching stay to a body frame. SOLUTION: In this saddle bag attaching structure wherein the saddle bag attaching stays 16 comprising a pipe material are fixed respectively to the body frame in both left and right sides of a rear wheel, and wherein the flashers 97 are attached to rear end parts of the attaching stays 16, the each lead cable 67 for the each flasher is penetratedly inserted into the each saddle bag attaching stay 16a in the vicinity of a flasher attaching part, and the lead cables 67 taken out of the rear end parts of the attaching stays 16a to a space between the both saddle bag attaching stays are covered with cable covers 100, 101 for connecting the left and right fellow saddle bag attaching stays.
