PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a state that a lock part of a reclining mechanism is operated by a cover of resin from the fixing side to the releasing side when large impact is applied sideways of a vehicle when the cover is provided at a seat part to cover the lock part at an outer side part of the vehicle in a seat structure of the vehicle. SOLUTION: This resin cover 20 for covering the outer side of the lock part 18 is provided at the outer side part of the vehicle at the seat part, and a metal reinforcement member 23 is installed on a back part of the cover 20 facing the lock part 18.
