The present invention relates to the torque tester which is very precise with simple operation. Since the torque tester in accordance with the present invention includes a torque sensor for sensing the torque applied; an adaptor for adjusting gain of inputted sense signal from the torque sensor and outputting gain-adjusted sense signal as display signal; and a digital multimeter for displaying a numerical number corresponding the value of the display signal form the adaptor on the display panel, the user can check whether bolt or nut is screwed adequately by numerical number displayed on display panel while screwing them after connecting torque sensor to digital multi-meter through adaptor. Thus the convenience of using is provided and the simplicity of operating is accomplished.
