A filter manufacturing machine, comprising spray nozzles disposed on both sides of a delivery route for a filter fiber sheet material, each of the spray nozzles further comprising a row of injection holes for highly viscous binder liquid and a plurality of air blowing ports blowing out compressed air, wherein the binder liquid injected from the row of injection holes is atomized into particles by the compressed air, and the particles of the binder liquid are sprayed uniformly on both surfaces of the sheet material.
