PURPOSE: A ceiling cassette type air conditioner is provided to prevent air discharged through an outlet from directly reentering into an inlet or directly contacting with a ceiling surface by improving a passage structure of the outlet. CONSTITUTION: An intake preventing device is formed on a front panel(60) so that air discharged into a room through an outlet(66) is not taken into an inlet(62) again when a louver(70) rotates to open to its maximum. The intake preventing device comprises an inclined part(60a), which is a part of an inner surface of the outlet declining as approaching to outside, to prevent air discharged through the outlet from flowing to the inlet. An antifoul device is formed on the front panel to prevent air discharged through the outlet into the room from contacting with a ceiling surface to foul when the louver rotates to close to its maximum. The antifoul device is a protrusive part(60b), protrusively and lengthily formed on a bottom surface of the front panel next to the outlet, to prevent air discharged through the outlet from flowing to the ceiling side. |
