PURPOSE: A mobile phone system for safely storing a password is provided to present a character input device to rapidly input characters, a mobile phone having the same, and an input control method therein. CONSTITUTION: A mobile phone system for safely storing a password comprises an antenna(20), a display module(60), a keyboard part(50), a control part(10), a speaker(30), and an audio part(14). The antenna(20) receives a required signal from a base station. The display module(60) displays data. The keyboard part(50), composed of a function key and other keys(52), is provided for the input of information. The control part(10) consists of the fist memory(A), the second memory(D), a function operation part(16), and a microcomputer(12). The control part(10) receives specific information and a specific symbol from the keyboard part(50), substitutes a password equivalent to them for an appointed function, and displays a result through the display module(60). The speaker(30) receives voices. The audio part(14) processes audio signals and voices.
