A double-sided vacuum fluorescent display comprises (a) anb external housing with opposite base and front plates and a side portion enclosed between the base and front plates; (b) a first display section on the interiuor face of the front plate; and (c) a second display section applied on the interior face of the front plate with a gap, through which the first display section can be viewed.
