The invention relates to a mouthpiece for aerosol therapy appliances, comprising a first base body (1) which has a user region (2) or a user-side end and a connection region (3) or a connection-side end, an exhalation opening (9) through which the air exhaled by the user enters into the mouthpiece during an exhalation process, and a valve element (7) which is embodied in such a way and is arranged on the exhalation opening (9) in such a way that the exhalation opening (9) is closed during an inhalation process and is open during an exhalation process. Said mouthpiece also has a second base body (11) which is arranged on the first base body (1), surrounds at least the region (4, 5) of the exhalation opening (9) and the valve element (7) of the first base body (1), and comprises at least one outlet (13, 14) through which the exhaled air from the exhalation opening (9) leaves the mouthpiece into the environment. The valve element (7) is received in a cavity which is formed by the first base body (1) and the second base body (11). |
