PURPOSE: A method and a system for dynamically changing a web page based on the divination are provided to dynamically change the appearance of the web page according to the result of divination. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a divination analysis module(51), a memory module(53) and a personal web page generating module(52). The divination analysis module carries out the luck analysis for the user(80) and generates the luck analysis result. The memory module stores a web page template(5311). The web page generating module generates the appearance fixing and the personal web page using the web page template. In order to attract the user to use the personal web page, the appearance of the personal web page is actively changed according to the luck analysis result of the user. The memory module includes a template memory(531) storing the web page template, a personal web page memory(532) storing the appearance fixing and a database storing the appearance data expressed by the appearance fixing.
