PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polishing machine to perform high-precise polishing processing, the working efficiency is excellent, and be suitable for use at a working site. SOLUTION: A plurality of tape-form polishing sheets 1a, 1b, and 1c juxtaposed with each other are capable of being carried over a platen 45. A work to be polished support body 50 to support a work 7 to be polished is slid in a direction vertical to the carry directions of a plurality of the tape-form polishing sheets 1a, 1b, and 1c and the work 7 to be polished is positioned on one of a plurality of tape-form polishing sheets 1a, 1b, and 1c. The work to be polished support body 50 and the platen support body 41 are caused to integrally effect a periodic motion, such as circular motion. |
