PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely arrange a ball stop member to a ball stop position when detaching a ball payoff unit from unit mounting part. SOLUTION: The unit mounting part is provided with a locking member 33 whose arrangement is switchable between a locking position for locking the ball payoff unit 51 in a mounted state and a detaching position for detaching the ball payoff unit 5. Between a ball supply part 22 and the ball payoff unit 51, the ball stop member 40 whose arrangement is switched to the ball stop position for stopping the ball B of the ball supply part 22 and a withdrawn position for supplying the ball B of the ball supply part 22 to the ball payoff unit 51 is provided. Between the locking member 33 and the ball stop member 40, a linking means for switching the arrangement of the ball stop member 40 to the ball stop position linked with the switching operation of the locking member 33 when the arrangement of the locking member is switched from the locking position to the detaching position is provided.
