PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-priced ink which shows its superb water resistance when it is printed on a base and is free from the oozing of a printed image with high print quality and further, easily forms an ink jet ink receiving layer at a necessary spot of the base because of the best printing suitability of the ink. SOLUTION: This ink is composed of a blend of at least, a hydrophobic porous fine particle and a hydrophilic porous fine particle with a non-aqueous vehicle. In addition, the ink is intended for forming the ink jet ink receiving layer and is characterized in that 10-60 pts. mass hydrophobic porous fine particle and hydrophilic porous fine particle, the weight ratio of which is within the range of 5:95-95:5, are blended with 100 pts. mass non-aqueous vehicle. |
