PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce stuffy condition inside shoes and improve a cushion quality of soles since the shoes become stuffy inside and a wearer gets tired when wearing the shoes for long hours. SOLUTION: A set of air passages are made from between toes inside a shoe to an air valve 2 by boring holes 1 through an insole. An empty space is made between an insole and an outsole from the air valve 2 to an air valve 4 by bonding vinyl air pipes 5 along the circumference of the soles, wherein rubber-made air balls 3 are attached to, walking movement is converted to a role of an air pump, and ventilation inside the shoe is made by letting the air inside the shoe pass through from the air passages 1, via the valve 2, to the valve 4, thus the air inside the shoe is replaced, the stuffy condition can be reduced, and the cushion quality of the sole is improved.
