PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of continuously producing inorganic oxide powder adequate as a raw material of high-density ceramics. SOLUTION: This method of producing the inorganic oxide powder consists in continuously introducing 100 parts by volume inorganic oxide and 25,000 to 160,000 parts by volume gas selected from air and nitrogen into a pulverizing chamber of a dry process pulverizing machine and pulverizing the same.
