<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sorting-packing device for waste plastic wherein the device is simplified, the equipment cost and construction cost are reduced by saving a space, and in addition, a storage space can be reduced by increasing the compression rate of the compacted and packed plastic. SOLUTION: This sorting-packing device for waste plastic has a crusher, a sorting section, a transport piping, a separator, a packing machine, a blower, and circulation piping. In this case, the crusher crushes the waste plastic. The sorting section performs a wind force sorting for the waste plastic which is crushed by the crusher. The transport piping air-transports the plastic which is sorted by the sorting section. The separator separates the plastic which is transported by the transport piping from air. The packing machine packs the plastic which is separated by the separator. The blower generates an air stream for the pneumatic transportation. The circulation piping re-circulates the exhaust air of the blower to the sorting section. Also, the circulation piping has air discharging piping to discharge one section of the circulating air in the circulation piping, which is branched from the circulation piping.</p> |
