PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ionized water producer for surely displaying an electrolytic degree and enabling its safe use by a user. SOLUTION: In the ionized water producer 1 with which a water purifying tank 14, an electrolytic bath 19, an electrolytic current detection means (a microcomputer), a flow rate detection means (a flow rate sensor 15), and a panel (a liquid crystal panel 4) are provided, the electrolytic degree at the electrolytic bath is calculated from an electric current detected by the electrolytic current detection means and a flow rate detected by the flow rate detection means and the electrolytic degree is displayed stepwise at the level on the display panel (a level display part 5). The level of the display shows an alkalinity.
