COATING METHOD FOR POROUS-SURFACE EXTERIOR MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple coating method which can make pinholes and cavities inconspicuous without damaging the excellent design of an uneven shape and a pattern formed by a grinding/cutting processes on the surface of a porous-surface exterior material. SOLUTION: After the porous-surface exterior material is coated with a primer coating, it is coated by spraying a multicolor pattern coating prepared by dispersing spherical enamel particles, containing a synthetic resin, a coloring agent and an organic solvent, of 0.1-2.0 mm in diameter into an aqueous dispersing medium under a spraying pressure of 250-550 kPa by using a texture gun of more than 3 mm-less than 5 mm in caliber.
