PURPOSE: A steering gear frame assembly is provided to make the best use of space by minimizing the section and simplifying parts, and to reduce load and expenses with simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A steering gear frame assembly is composed of a steering gear frame(2) supporting a steering gearbox assembly(4) having a power cylinder(16), and having upper and lower plates to form a space part by a flange part, and a fixing unit mounting the power cylinder in the steering gear frame. The steering gear frame is formed integrally with the steering gearbox assembly. The space is used efficiently with minimizing the section of the steering gear frame. Manufacturing cost and load are reduced with simplifying the structure and reducing parts. The rigidity is improved with integrally forming the steering gearbox assembly.
