PURPOSE: A method for processing call contents in wired/wireless communication networks is provided to record the contents of telephone conversation using a storage unit connected with an exchange and to transmit the recorded contents to a wired/wireless network subscriber's mobile terminal, wire/wireless telephone or computer. CONSTITUTION: A call contents processing system in wired/wireless communication networks(13,16) consists of a storage unit(18), a fixed terminal(21), an E-mail server(19), and an exchange(17). The storage unit(18) stores the call contents of a wire/wireless telephone(15) or the first or second mobile terminal(10,11) transmitted through the wired/wireless communication networks(13,16). The fixed terminal(21), having more than a registered E-mail address, accesses the storage unit(18) through the Internet(20). The E-mail server(19), arranged between the storage unit(18) and the Internet(20), transmits the call contents of the storage unit(18) to the fixed terminal(21) connected with an E-mail address inputted from the wire/wireless telephone(15) or the first or second mobile terminal(10,11). The exchange(17), configured between the wired/wireless communication networks(13,16) and the storage unit(18), transmits the call contents to the storage unit(18). Also the exchange(17) transmits the call contents of the storage unit(18) to an arbitrary wired/wireless subscriber's terminal according to a request from the user of the wire/wireless telephone(15) or the user of the first or second mobile terminal(10,11). |
