PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for forming a cleaning system for an electrostatographic reproducing system. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a part of a photoconductive drum in a cleaning system housing, a cleaning brush which comes into contact with the photoconductive drum in the housing and also provided with a conductive core fiber, and a toner removing roller, which comes into contact with the cleaning brush in the housing. Plural ports for making the air flow into/from the housing are formed in the housing. A curved baffle plate is positioned, so as to be separated from the cleaning brush by about 1/8 inch. The baffle plate is attached on the side, where the brush fiber is moved toward the toner removing roller of an outer frame. A skive is formed in contact with the toner removing roller, and also, the baffle comes into contact with the skive and the baffle is formed on one side of the housing.
