PURPOSE: A system for providing intelligent advertisements is provided to deliver advertisements to users differently according to user behavior. And the system is provided to monitor Internet surfing of the users and to automatically provide the users with efficient advertisements based on information gained through the monitoring. CONSTITUTION: A service region, a user region and an Internet region are included. The Internet region has plural Internet sites(150a-150e). The user region has a user information processing device for site surfing and a Web browser(140) installed thereon. The user region also has an agent client(200). The agent client(200) monitors all URSs(Universal Resource Locators) visited using the Web browser(140) by the user. If a domain of a predetermined Internet site is included in a URL visited through the Web browser(140), the agent client(200) delivers the corresponding URL to a server(210), and outputs advertising data transmitted in response to the URL to the user.
