PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load on a server and to make a response to a client faster by reducing the traffic in a network. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a queue 101 for registering requests from respective clients, such as a client A201 and a client information memory m2 for registering information on all the clients having sent out the same requests.
