PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the enterprises of various fields to take part in EMD. SOLUTION: Terminal equipment 20 for EMD is provided with an operation means 25 for a user to instruct whether a commercial can be outputted to an MD 42 or not. When the user performs operation not to approve the output of the commercial to the MD 42 and the user pays a standard charge set to the data of music, the data of music are recorded on the MD 42. When the user performs operation to approve the output of the commercial to the MD 42 and the user pays a charge discounted for the standard charge, the data of music and the commercial are recorded on the MD 42. |
