PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and inexpensively assemble a rotating member while being surely prevented from loosing off without using a washer. SOLUTION: A transmission gear 9 is rotatably supported on a supporting shaft 5, an engagement groove 8 is formed in the outer periphery of the supporting shaft 5 and a locking protrusion 11 is formed on the inner periphery face of a bearing hole 10 of the transmission gear 9 for engaging the engagement groove 8 of the supporting shaft 5.
