The agent thus produced from millet grains contains a lipidic fraction having a density ranging from 0.917 to 0.925 g/cm<3 >at a temperature of 20 DEG C, an acid value ranging from 120 to 145 mg KOH /g and an iodine value ranging from 87.0 to 93.0. The agent produced from oat grains contains the lipidic fraction having a density ranging from 0.760 to 0.925 g/cm<3> at a temperature of 20 DEG C, the acid value ranging from 103.0 to 110.0 mg KOH/g and the iodine value ranging from 132.0 to 140.0. The inventive method consists in the following: the crushed millet grains or uncrushed oats grains are treated with the non-polar extraction agent selected from a group comprising petroleum ether, diethyl ether, chloroform. The ratio between the raw material and the extraction agent ranges from 1:2 to 1:4 at a temperature ranging from 40 DEG C to 70 DEG C. Said method also comprises the separation and concentration of the target product.
