1. A filtering separator of centrifugal type for oil and water, comprising a housing with a bottom and a cover, an air valve and manifolds, a compartment in the upper portion of the housing a granulated filler in the form of heat-treated beads arranged in the inner space of the housing, the bottom part and a compartment, an upper gravity oil settling tank, a lower gravity settling tank, inlet pipes for water, feed pipes for flushing water and purge air and mud discharge pipes, characterized in that said separator is provided with a hydrocyclone and an assembly for cleaned water, said hydrocyclone is made of cylindrical and conical sections connected therebetween, is positioned along the housing vertical axis and affixed on it by vertical radial ribs, said inlet pipes for water are connected to the cylindrical section of the housing tangentially to its circumference and made in the form of a nozzle associated with a screw guide fastened inside the hydrocyclone cylindrical section close to the inlet pipe for water, the conical section of the hydrocyclone is connected to the mud discharge pipe, the assembly for cleaned water is made in the form of a branched in a horizontal plane system of interconnected pipes arranged vertically in a definite sequence at the bottom end of each a filter is provided, wherein the compartment is made in the form of a cylinder with an aperture in the center and provided with an upper or lower disks, the upper disk is perforated with longitudinal slots or is made in the form of a mesh, and the lower disk is perforated with large-size holes arranged in a definite order and filters are arranged above said holes, the inner volume of the compartment by 0.8-0.9 of its height is filled with a coarse filler, a chamber of drainage and removing an excess pressure is located at the bottom and formed by a disk with holes in which cap-wire or cap-slots filters are inserted, and anti-corrosion means are provided in the lower part of the bottom, namely in the chamber of drainage and removing an excess pressure. 2. The filtering separator of centrifugal type for oil and water as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the filters of the assembly for cleaned water and the lower disk of the compartment are cap-wire, cap-slots or cone-slots filters. 3. The filtering separator of centrifugal type for oil and water as claimed in one of claims 1 to 2, characterized in that the cap-wire filter is made as a cap with longitudinal slots and a thread on the cylindrical surface in grooves of which a wire is wound at a distance of 4,5-5/6 of the bead diameter of the granulated filler. 4. The filtering separator of centrifugal type for oil and water as claimed in one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the beads of the granulated filler are made of metal, glass or ceramics. |
