PURPOSE: A filler waterproofing apparatus of an electrical vehicle is provided to prevent electrical shock in charging a vehicle by shutting off water to a filler, and to prevent electric leakage and dark current by shutting off water and dust flowing into the filler. CONSTITUTION: A waterproofing device of a filler is composed of a filler(20), a waterproof cover(30) and an electric fan. The filler is installed in an electrical vehicle to form a battery and a charge circuit and to charge the battery by forming a power input passage. The waterproof cover is disassembled and assembled with the filler to shut off water to the filler. The electric fan discharges air around the filler, and prevents accidents from electric shock in charging the vehicle. The battery is charged with separating the water cover from the filler in opening an outer cover. Water is shut off with assembling the waterproof cover with the filler in charging the battery, and the outer cover is closed. The waterproof cover is not separated from the filler in moving the vehicle. Electric shock, leakage and dark current are prevented with shutting off water and dust flowing into the filler.
