PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recyclable recording material with such advantages that recording and erasure can be controlled independently of each other and two different kinds of images are present side by side. SOLUTION: This recyclable recording material comprises at least a base, an intermediate recording layer and a surface layer with water swell characteristics, the intermediate recording layer being formed under the surface layer. The intermediate recording layer is characterized in that it is possible to record data or erase the recorded data by developing the color of or decolorizing the intermediate recording layer through applying energy. |
