PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load port control system in an agricultural product treatment facility which can automate the treatment in a state in which the control of the load port for an agricultural product group to be treated can be done properly. SOLUTION: An ID bowl 15 which can be installed so that, with the agricultural product group positioned in a line in the conveyance direction in one load port by a conveyance means for conveying the agricultural product group from a receiving part by way of an agricultural product treatment part, the agricultural product groups of a plurality of the load ports are arranged in the conveyance direction and conveyed, so that they are conveyed together at the head in the agricultural group in each load port to be conveyed and can input control information on the agricultural product groups and a receiving means 16 which can receive the control information sent from the ID bowl 15 which is conveyed together with the agricultural product groups are installed. A control means H for controlling agricultural product group treatment controls the treatment of the agricultural product group of each load port on the basis of the received information of the receiving means 16.
