PURPOSE: A comb with a low frequency therapy function is provided to maximize the treatment effect of an electronic needle by adopting a treatment terminal of a herb low frequency appliance. CONSTITUTION: The comb with a low frequency therapy function comprises: a body drilled with plural penetrating holes for receiving the teeth of the comb; a low frequency sensor(500) installed under the teeth of the comb for generating the low frequency in the diseased portion of a patient; a low frequency setting control part(900,600) for setting the strength of the low frequency; a low frequency setting control display part(910,610); a time adjustment part(70); a time display part(80); a controller(C); and an actuating switch.
