PURPOSE: A generator utilizing law of inertia is provided to continuously generate electric energy by converting a motional energy into an electrical energy, while overcoming the problem of pollution. CONSTITUTION: A generator comprises a motional energy generating unit(10) formed by attaching a rotating plate or a rotating weight to a rotating shaft, and which continuously rotates by the law of inertia; an electrical energy generating unit(11) connected to the rotating shaft; and a mechanical energy generating unit(12) connected to the electrical energy generating unit. The motional energy generated by the law of inertia is converted into an electrical energy so as to continuously supply electrical energy.
