PURPOSE: A beverage can, and a method and an apparatus for manufacturing the beverage can are provided to ensure the safe and easy opening manipulation of the beverage can. CONSTITUTION: The beverage can is comprised of a body part for receiving liquid phase content, a cap part(20) attached to top of the body part for sealing the interior space of the can, and an opening tap(30) to be torn along a cutting line on the cap part. A part of the opening tap including the rear region thereof is bent upward to be spaced from the top surface of the cap part. The upward bent portion of the opening tap is formed in a condition that the sealing coupling between the body part and the cap part is achieved.
