PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiver capable of preventing generation of bias in audition contents of programs in a charge-free term. SOLUTION: A receiving state analyzing part 22 monitors a receiving state of program information in the charge-free term, examines program classification information corresponding to a program which is auditioned by a user and analyzes listening time of individual program classification information. A program proposing part 30 extracts a program (not yet received program) which corresponds to program classification information wherein listening time is long, i.e., frequency of receiving is high and is not yet received by the user, by a prescribed timing which is operated inversely by using an end point of time of the charge-free term as a reference on the basis of analyzed result regarding listening time of individual program classification information, and proposes receiving the extracted program which is not yet received.
