PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconductive filter capable of easily performing multistage configuration and capable of easily controlling the degree of coupling between the signals of respective stages. SOLUTION: This filter has a metallic container 16, which internally has a conductor plate 14, for shielding electromagnetic waves, a substrate 12 for input/output feeder, which has a dielectric substrate 20, a feeder line pattern 24 of a high temperature oxide superconductor formed on one side of the dielectric substrate 20 and a ground plane 18 formed on the other side of the dielectric substrate 20, located on the conductor board 14 so that the ground plane 18 can be brought into contact with the conductor board 14, and plural 1/2 wavelength type hairpin resonators 10, which have the dielectric substrate 20, the hairpin pattern of the high temperature oxide superconductor formed on one side of the dielectric substrate 20 and the ground plane 18 formed on the other side of the dielectric substrate 20, located on the conductor board 14 between the substrates 12 for input/output feeder so that the ground plane 18 can be brought into contact with the conductor board 14.
