The invention relates to a continuous torque regulator consisting of a transmission system and a regulation circuit, wherein the transmission system is formed by three epicycloidal gears, wherein each gear is formed by a planetary gear, a series of idler pinions and a crown gear, wherein the second and third planetary gears are rigidly joined and the idler pinions of the third train are double. The regulation circuit has a pressure pump (Bp) that is connected to the crown gear (C1) by means of a pinion, a control valve (Vc) that is connected to the shaft of the planetary gear (A1) by a pinion and a valve (N), wherein no torque is transmitted when said valve is actuated. This assembly makes it possible to continuously regulate torque in a stepless manner without requiring interruption mechanisms. Transmission can be interrupted at will.
