PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image printing device which prints the surface of a photosensitive material with an image by a light quantity control means, such as an LCS and is capable of eliminating the unexposed regions on the circumference of the respective pixels in the printed image by simple components. SOLUTION: The light emitted from a lamp is modulated by each of respective pixels by the LCS 9 and the surface of photographic paper P is irradiated with this light by a rod lens array 10. At this time, respective components are so arranged that the central position m' of the rod lens array 10 is deviated from the central position M' of the distance between the light exist surface of the LCS 9 and the exposure surface of the photographic paper P in the direction of the optical axis arriving at the photographic paper P through the rod lens array 10 from the LCS 9. As a result, the projected images are deviated by the respective rod lenses of the rod lens array 10, by which the sizes of the respective pixels in the printed image are increased and unexposed regions are eliminated.
