PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prove an expired air bag capable of gathering end-expiratory air being the expired air having a high carbon dioxide concentration in the expired air after absorbing oxygen and exhaling carbon dioxide in alveoli and to prove an expired air test for measuring the carbon dioxide concentration labeled by the isotope included in this expired air by gathering the end- expiratory air using the expired air bag capable of gathering the end-expiratory air and to accurately measure the carbon dioxide concentration labeled by an isotope included in expired air even when measuring using a measuring device not having high measuring sensitivity. SOLUTION: This expired air bag for gathering the end-espiratory air is used for the expired air test for measuring the carbon dioxide concentration labeled by the isotope included in this expired air by gathering the expired air, having the capacity >=400 mL. This expired air test is for measuring the carbon dioxide concentration labeled by the isotope included in the expired air by gathering the expired air in the expired air bag, and the end-respiratory air gathered by using the expired air bag having capacity >=400 mL.
