PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately determine the sequence of sections difficult to interpret, when interpreting fluorescence intensity waveform data obtained, by measuring nucleic acid fragments and determining the base sequence such as A, C, G, T (U), etc. SOLUTION: The base sequence of nucleic acids is determined by making reference to information obtained by subjecting the data on a plurality of fluorescence intensity waveforms with a know base sequence obtained through statistical processing of the data. |
