PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric operated valve preventing the occurrence of rust at outer periphery of a can. SOLUTION: This electric operated valve 1 is constituted such that a rotor 16 and a valve element 17 are arranged in the inside in which a valve main body part 20 and the can 15 are sealed and joined, a stator part 30 composed of a cylindrical coil part 35 is arranged at outer periphery of the can 15, and a resin mold cover 40 covering the stator part 30 is provided. A small hole 50 communicating a clearance space S formed between the resin mold cover 40 and the can 15 with the outside and having a hole diameterϕof 2 mm is formed in the resin mold cover 40 of the stator part 30.
